Black Beauty (Haiku)

Black is beautiful
African accent repents
Now American

Native tongue is lost
And forever forgotten
Physical features

All remain intact
Different shades of blackness
Somehow we stand out

Texture of our hair
Stands out, hard to duplicate
Even if we're mixed

Blacks features stand out
Look at the hair, lips, body
Seems so evident

To be black is strong
Not only in physical
But mental as well
