Water!

 Woke up this morning with no water in the faucet/Breath still smelling like cigars, I almost lost it/Need to brush my teeth! Rid this stinky breath!/Rolled up my window and yelled "Help!"/Neighbors outside because their water off too/We all got stinky breath together/Some need baths polluting fumes in the air changing the weather/ Smell so unbearable I step back inside/Staring at my faucet and cried/I prayed and water came back on/Brushed off my stinky breath and took shower for an hour long/Shocked as hell yelling "Gosh!"/Next I'll be prepared with mouthwash
