I came into this world dirty
When I washed at birth
The filth was still there
My mother still accepted me
Knowing I was like so many others
Born with this condition
But everyone gets used to it
Every night I'm washed
Still it's inside me
Everyday I reek inside out
But my appearance clean
Burning impulses ignite
Temptations arise
In need of water
My mother calls preacher
To extinguish what's inside of me
As the sun shines
Out in the open
For all to see
I am baptized
